RE: Temporary Occupancy for:
New Single-Family Residence
Permit #BLD-2020-0137
Location: 2720 Geer Lane
This letter will stand as a"Temporary Certificate of project Occupancy" for thero'ect at the above
referenced address. This will expire within 30 days from the above date, at which time the
corrections listed below will be completed, and the final Certificate of Occupancy will be
issued.
Items to complete within 30 days:
1. Pass Stormwater Final.
2. Cover dirt with acceptable BMP and maintain until the landscape installation is
completed and passed inspection.
3. Pass Public Works Final.
4. Provide Stormwater As-built.
5. Provide Sewer As-built.
6. Install fan downstairs for downstairs kitchen sink.
7. Provide blower door test, duct test and Certificate of Insulation.
8. Provide documentation for low flow sinks to show that they comply with the
WSEC Energy Credit taken.
9. Apply for fence permit and pass fence inspection.
Upon receipt,the owner and contractor agree to the stipulations contained in this Temporary
Certificate of Occupancy, and agree to complete the necessary items listed above in the
timeframe listed, and have the property and house re-inspected by the necessary City Officials
to verify that all the items have been completed to the satisfaction of the City and comply with
the applicable codes.
