On August 4, 2016 Donald Swanby an EPA accredited building inspector (Cert# RHW-BI-14- 025) Expiration: September 10, 2016 conducted an inspection and sampling of the structure for the specific purpose of identifying the presence (or absence) of asbestos-containing building materials. The suspect materials sampled were delivered to "Seattle Asbestos Test" which is an NVLAP accredited laboratory for analysis by Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM). Hardwood floors, wood paneling walls, fiberglass insulation and rubber pipe insulation (Both are not suspect). The roof is comprised of 3-tab shingles in poor condition with no paper underlayment. The structure has waste accumulations throughout. The roof and some interior wooden beams appears to be structurally compromised by age and water damage and extreme caution is advised. This report is limited to the materials sampled.
