Hi Alene & Kim,
I was working on our files when I came across two expired permits for your address.
The city would like to do a Safety inspection of the Garage and the area in the home that was
remodeled. If you would call me or email me, I can then set up a time to meet you on site.
If you pass inspection you are good to go, but if the inspector finds a code issue he will write it up and
give you a copy.Then you will need to fix the problem then call for a Re-inspect on Final.Again if the fix
is good you are good to go.
