This letter will stand as a"Temporary Certificate of Occupancy"for the project at the above
referenced address. This will expire within 180 days from the above date, at which time the
corrections listed below will be completed, once all corrections have passed inspection then
final Certificate of Occupancy will be issued.
Items to complete within 180 days:
1 Install fmal Landscape.
2 Maintain BMP's while installing land scape.
3 Continue sending weekly Erosion Control Reports to the City.
4 Call for Final inspection to obtain Building C of O.
