Box 547 Anacortes,WA 98221 To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to you regarding my neighbor Steve Sargent,located at 3120 Georgia Place. I have purchased and am currently building on the property, 1619 Georgia Place,just above Mr. Sargent's property. I understand that a zoning ordinance resulted in Mr. Sargent's building, on above named property,caused him to split a normally 60x48 building into two separate sections, causing the eye-sore that I must look at every day. I would like to request that the City of Anacortes allow Mr. Sargent to complete his building by joining the two sections together,which would remove the white tarp that he has currently covering the separation. I would definitely prefer looking at the top of a solid uniform building vs. a makeshift roof and side covering. If you have any questions,please feel free to contact me anytime.
