Please respond to each of the following plan review notes.
1. Please supply a detail for the driveway showing the steepness of the grade, length of driveway,
width of driveway, and a turnaround for emergency vehicles. I have attached an example of
some turn-around designs with other specifications for the all-weather surfaced access.
Depending on the outcome of the Fire Department review of the access, there may be a need
for a residential fire sprinkler system.
2. Provide 2 more copies of each: Site Plan, Floor Plans. 11"X17" preferred.
3. Provide a copy of the recorded private access easement for lot to the north of this one, and
indicate it on the Site Plan.
4. Complete the Small Parcel Stalin Water Plan for the Public Works review(document attached).
5. Indicate widow header size&type on garage plan&those not shown on Sheet 5.1 for the
kitchen, dining room and study areas.
6. Specify post to roof support beam connectors at the acute angle corners of the living room &
master bedroom.
7. Is the fireplace gas or wood burning?
8. Since the home w will be heated by an in-floor hydronic heating system, a whole house
ventilation system with air inlets for each room is required. Please indicate this on the plans.
