Subject: PWs Final Civil Inspection —Salish Motel (PW#18-151-DCM)
Dear Kuljit,
On December 21, 2020, the Public Works Engineering Department held a final
inspection of the infrastructure work for all City Departments for the Salish. There were
no deficiencies identified.
At this time, the Public Works Engineering needs the following documents in order to
close out this project to completion:
1. 2-year Maintenance Bond in the amount of$53,000.00. A letter was sent to EL
Tera Asara, LLC on December 22, 2020;
2. As-built drawings, photos, Final Inspection Guidelines (Completed and Signed),
compaction testing reports, and;
3. Erosion and Sedimentation reports.
It is understood that the landscaping portion of the project is being performed by others
and will be reviewed at the final inspection of the building.
