Interior walls were framed hold downs and sheathing have not been installed yet. Observations: The following is a list of observations and required actions from this site visit. New Items: 1.1 At the interior shear wall when the exterior footprint was modified the shear wall was shortened. Action Required: Per SSK-1 an additional strap over the opening needs to be added. At the top of wall additional shear wall clips need to be added at the joist to wall at 32" oc. an additional titen HD anchor will need to be installed at the sill plate where it has been cut for the electrical penetrations. 1.2 At the interior shear wall along grid B.1 the anchors were not cast in place for the hold downs. Action Required: Install Drill & Epoxy anchors per the structural notes anchors should have a minimum 4" embedment and installed per manufacture instructions.
