Subject: 4208 Osprey Lane, House foundation survey layouts.
This letter is to inform the building department that I staked out the foundation of the
above referenced lot prior to concrete foundation footings have been poured on
September 22, 2020. House corners were set with wood hub and tacks at house corners
according to the approved site layout. See attached drawing for approved site layouts.
