AGREEMENT
The undersigned hereby agrees to recognize that the City of
Anacortes has given permission to allow a 6 ' cedar fence to be extended
approximately 49 ' into City property known as the River Clyde. Said
fence will extend approximately 49 ' into City property on north and
south and extend approximately 63 ' in an east-west direction. The
property from which the extension will be made is known as 4203 Clyde
Way and legally described as Lot 39 , Skyline Division 10 . The under-
signed also agrees that at any time in the future they shall pay
all costs incurred in removing said improvements from the City property
and shall not hold the City of Anacortes liable for damage to any
portion of the improvement which is or is not on City property. The
undersigned also agrees that the removal of the improvements from
City property shall be completed within a reasonable time upon written
notice from the City to do so.
