Show drainage on site plan. 2. Show overall building height on elevation or section sheets. 3. Provide another floor plan 4. Attic insulation is now required to be R-49 (R-3 ' ull depth to the outside of top plate). Show detail. 5. The plans and engineeri su ple ;It refer to various details for engineered connections. I did not see these details 'ncl ded. 7. The structural calculation mitted have shearwall types and special connections designated by West Coast gineering, but a Michael Schemmer Engineering stamp on the cover. We need to know which engineer is taking responsibility for the structural design of this home. As a plan reviewer and inspector, I will be checking to see that all of the details shown are built per engineered plan. The plan should be clear on how to accomplish this for the benefit of the contractor and for our inspection of the work.
