RE: Temporary Occupancy for:
New Garage/Shop
Permit #BLD-2019-0413
Location: 1319 6th Street
This letter will stand as a"Temporary Certificate of Occupancy" for the project at the above
referenced address. This will expire within 90 days from the above date, at which time the
corrections listed below will be completed, and the final Certificate of Occupancy will be
issued.
Items to complete within 90 days:
1. Provide air gap of 2 times the pipe diameter and 1" above the drain,whichever is
greater, on the pipes going to it(TPRV pipe, condensate and other pipe.
2. Install sediment trap on gas line, downstream of shutoff valve,to gas water heater
3. Pass Public Works Final
4. Pass Stormwater Final
5. Finish Landscaping and maintain erosion control measures until complete.
