ACCOMMODATION RECORDING
THIS EASEMENT is made by and between Homestead NW, Inc. (grantor)P.O. Box
409 Lynden, WA 98264 and the City of Anacortes (grantee) for the purpose of storm
drainage over, under, and across that certain property described herein. The effective
date of this easement shall be the date this easement has been signed by the grantor.
1. Description. North 20 feet of Lot 11 of 37th Court.
2. Storm Drain Easement. The 20 feet storm drain easement along the north
boundary of Lot 11 shall remain the responsibility of the Lot 11 property owner
and shall be maintained to provide adequate drainage to the existing detention
pond west of Lot 6 Plat of 37th Court.
3. Consideration. Grantor shall receive $150.00 for the purchase of 6 trees to be
planted by the grantor in the described easement when the easement is signed by
all appropriate parties and properly recorded with the County Auditor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Easement on the date indicated
below.
