Box 547 Anacortes, WA 98221 February 18, 2001 Dear Board of Adjustment members, The notice we recieved about a variance to construct a 6 foot fence along the yard abutting 37th Street appears to be in error. The attached city map for 2215-37th Court shows the property parcel that is an empty lot. A builder, Larry Nelson, has built a house at 2219 37th Court and not 2215, and it appears that he wants the fence. It would be a shame for a variance to be granted for the wrong parcel. Perhaps you can simply correct the notice. We would approve of the fence at 2219 37th Court but may question it at 2215 37th court since there is no home or structure there.
