To whom it may concern:
What I am trying to achieve is to have a hot-dog business. Selling hot-dogs in a 8 x 6
portable hot-dog shed on wheels, it will have a 3-compartment sink, hot water tank, be
fully plumbed and wired. It will be hooked up to water and power. As for the shed I will
have the contractor submit the plans for inspection before it's built. (I have not found the
contractor to build it yet).
My hours of operation will be from 8:30 am to 2:30pm or 3:30pm. (Depending on what
the customers needs.) I live in the industrial part of town in Anacortes. I plan on having
no picnic tables, you'd just walk up to the window and get your hot-dog and go. I do have
a bathroom within 200 ft. of where the hot-dog shed will reside.

I am going to add a"special hot-dog" of the week: Example. "Hot links" hot-dog with
topping one week, a"portabeila mushroom" hot-dog with topping the next week. I also
have wanted to have this beef hot-dog cooked in beer and garlic as one of my specials.
When I have my hot-dog special of the week, I want to make my own topping like,
"cucumber, mango chutney" or maybe make my "black bean chili" using a crock pot
In the hot dog shed. I do not plan on frying, baking, etc....The hot-dogs would be
cooked in liquid and the buns steamed. I am not a restaurant. My focus will be my hot-
dogs. I hope this is this going to be possible.
Thank you and hope to hear from you soon concerning this matter as I would like move
forward as soon as possible.
