Comments : Upon removal of the underground heating tank at the above address,there was signs
of contamination around and under the tank.Ultra Tank Services,Inc contacted the
home owner and explained that there had been a release of heating oiL UTS then supplied
the home owner with Department Of Ecology's Toxics Cleanup Programs phone number
and explained that they are required to report the release with in 24 hours.UTS also
explained that a soil sample should be taken to confirm if a cleanup needs to be done.The
home owner agreed,so a soil sample was taken from the bottom of the tank pit and submitted
to Edge Analytical.Edge Analytical will run a Diesel Extended analysis for heating oil.
