Subject: 5604 Sugarloaf, House foundation Property line offset survey layout.
This letter is to inform the building department that I staked out offsets of 5 feet and 10
feet on the above referenced lot prior to concrete foundation footings have been poured
on December 16, 2019 to assure the house was laid out within the setbacks. The property
lines were obscured with brush and fences. See attached survey drawing.
