Subject: 4220 Osprey Lane,House foundation survey layout.
This letter is to inform the building department that I staked out the foundation of the
above referenced lot prior to concrete foundation footings have been poured on
December 26,2019. House corners were set with hub and tack or nails in the rock at the
exterior points of the house foundation. See attached drawing for layout completed
meeting the setbacks.
