Fire Coverage: • Property lies within 250-feet of the hydrant located at 11th Street and F Avenue. Sewer: • Records show that this parcel has both storm and sewer connected in the Sanitary Sewer Conveyance system. This project will have to disconnect the storm system and redirect it to the storm drainage swale in 10th Street. • There is an existing 8-inch PVC Sanitary Sewer in the alley way with an existing side service to the property. • The size of the side service is unknown and will need to be determined in the field during construction. Storm: ■ Disconnect the storm system from the sewer system and redirect towards the storm drainage swale in 10th Street. ■ Due to the lack of water quality in this area, the swale will need to remain. In order to make the swale maintainable, the swale can be modified by the owners.
