RE: Plan Review notes for the proposed residences at 1810 &1812 10`h Street.
Don,
Please address the following items so I can complete the plan reviews.
• Do you intend to install fire sprinklers? The "Fire Safety" note on page A000 of both
Vplans
state that they are required.
Put north arrow on site plans.
• Please provide another copy of each building structural talcs.
There are some inconsistencies in with the structural calcs and building plans. Please
make plans consistent with the engineering.
Buildin at 1812 10th:
. The building plans indicate with the reference "d" at 4 places the installation of STHD 12
holdowns. The engineering calcs indicate with the "a" reference STHD 14 at same
6cations.
The plan shows "d"reference at porch column, should be engineers "a" at building
corner by entry consistent with engineering.
$lidding at 1810 10th:
j/ 1. Not all of the STEED 14 holdowns are marked on the plans (missing between garage
doors).
