Once a permit is issued, you have 18 months for completion, with one extension allowed beyond the 18 months, for another 18. I hope that answers your question. I'm sorry that your project is more detailed than you were expecting. Our engineer Gary Sturdy is completing the permit for the retainer wall repair process for us-we thought it would be finished this week. I will call Gary to find out re: the delay and get back to you. When is the repair permit expired? Thank you, - Glori Sent from my iPad On Oct 31, 2019, at 3:17 PM, Oicles, Dave<daveo@cityofanacortes.org>wrote: Hello, 1 I was going through your permit application and noticed there was an item still needed for us to issue a permit for your project. Is this project still a go or would you like it canceled? Item needed from you is: 1. Engineering design for retaining wall blocks used. Please let me know the update. Permit applications expire within 180 days if there is no movement in acquiring needed items.
