Re: Sewer Installation at 1602 loth Street
Dear Mr. Sehlin:
As per our recent conversations, this letter will acknowledge
that the City of Anacortes approved the placement of a sanitary
sewer side service for 1602 loth Street at the location shown on
the attached drawing. Said side service extends into the City
right-of-way of J Avenue approximately 4 feet across the
frontage of your home at 914 J Avenue. No encroachment
agreement or other document is required other than this letter
of acknowledgment to allow the sanitary sewer to remain as
shown.

information in regard to this matter, please contact me.
