RE: Permit#BLD-2018-0280(1604 Latitude Circle)
After excavating this site, it was determined that a crawlspace under the lower level was not necessary.
Because of this,the foundation plan has been changed to show a slab floor/foundation, instead of the
previous crawlspace foundation. A new foundation plan reflecting this change has been provided
