Subject: 1602 Latitude Circle Lot 18, 48 North,House foundation survey layout.
This letter is to inform the building department that I staked out the foundation of the
above referenced lot prior to concrete foundation footings have been poured on August
28, 2019. House corners were set with hub and tack at 7foot offsets and as shown on the
stakes from the four furthest exterior points of the house foundation. See attached
drawing for approved site layout.
