To Whom it may concern:
We are installing a new state of the art cook line system for Dungeness Crab. The system is being built by Coastline
equipment. This is expected to be the most advanced cook system on the west coast.
We have gone to great lengths to minimize the effect our system my have on neighboring environments. The cook line will
use a low steam cooking process that minimizes any odor caused by the cooking process. The waste created from the cooking
process will be removed and taken to the dump daily to prevent any odor.
We are upgrading our incoming water system from the city, as well as installing water filtration system so the waste water
will have little no to particles going through to the water treatment plant
We have met with Becky Fox earlier this week and submitted a sample of our wastewater for testing.
