Subject: 1506 Latitude Circle Lot 11, 48 North, House foundation survey layout.
This letter is to inform the building department that I staked out the foundation of the
above referenced lot prior to concrete foundation footings have been poured on May 10,
2019. House corners were set with hub and tack at 8 foot offsets and as shown on the
stakes from the four furthest exterior points of the house foundation. See attached
drawing for approved site layout.
