A field adjusted variation of the Option 2 repair was performed as shown in the attached sketch. As you know,the port of Anacortes awarded the retaining wall repair project to Culbertson Marine Construction of Anacortes in November 2013 and the work was completed in November,and December 2013. Excavation,formwork,tie-back and repar placement and cast-in-place concrete was cc mpleted on November 26' and 271,2013.. Asphalt paving was completed on December 4,2013. I reviewed the con#ractorrs material submittals,,and proposed',concrete section. I inspected the tie-rod and repar installation and was presentfor the concrete and asphalt placement. 1 also observed the casting of concrete cylinders for strength testing.
