The new sign will be 3 separate boards with no gap between them. They
will be placed in a 4 X 4 frame. The sign itself will be 3/41' exterior plywood.
The boards will be 3' wide. The color scheme will be a dark green
background with light beige lettering. This sign will be double sided. It is
our intention to set the front edge of the sign of the easement line. (40'
from,the center of 12th St)
