We anticipate completing the flooring above will take a total four days. The tentative plan is to begin the remodel Sunday night,after dinner,so affected meals would be B/L/D Monday through Thursday. All kitchen equipment would be stored in our Compass Room,leaving the Dining Room available for catered dining. Juice and Coffee Machines will not be affected,but limited to recyclable paper cups. Although we anticipate access to both the refrigerator and freezer during this time,there is a plan to install three(on-site)residential refrigerators in the Dining room to assist with breakfasts. Breakfast would consist of Muffins, Fruit,and Cold Cereal. All serving items will be disposable. Lunches and Dinners would be fully catered by local businesses,again all using fully disposable utensils and serving dishes.Fruit(apples and bananas)will be provided 24/7.
