This site was substantially rebuilt over the past 3 years. We are not aware of any building code, land use or zoning
violations within the past 5 years at 1105 26th Street.
We know this site as Alliance Living Center.

Gentleman -
My name is Bob Bober. I am a professional engineer who is conducting a property conditions assessment for the
Fidalgo Senior Housing Center located at 1105 26th Street, Anacortes, WA.
I will be doing a site visit today(10-26-00)from 3-5 PM.
This work involves both review of construction drawings and on-site inspections. I also contact the fire chief and code
enforcement officials regarding my work.
I am most interested in knowing if any of the following have occurred within the last 5 years for the above referenced
facility:
1. Fire calls to facility
2. Reported vandalism
3. Building code violations
4. Land Use/Zoning violations
Please inform no later than 10-31-00 if any of the above referenced problems have occurred on the subject site and
they can be easily refereced in records. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated. If possible, an E-mail response
is fine. If no records are found or the task will take more time, please advise.
