That we, W.G. CLARK CONSTRUCTION CO.
'rincipal, and SAFECO INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA
is Surety, are held and firmly bound unto CITY OF ANACORTES
Obligee, in the amount of EIGHT THOUSAND AND 00/100
DOLLARS.
WHEREAS, the said Principal contemplatesdrivi Ast&ts, roads and/or alleys within the jurisdiction of said Obligee, and
ias been issued a permit by said Obligee for this purpose. REFERENCE ALLIANCE LIVING COMMUNITY OF ANACORTES

NOW, the condition of this bond is such that if the Principal shall fail to comply with the provisions of said permit issued by
he Obligee for, driving on and restoration of said Right of Way, the Principal shall pay to said Obligee all costs of replacing
aid Right of Way in as good a condition as it was before being disturbed. If the provisions of said permit are promptly fulfilled
q said Principal, then this obligation shall be null and void.
It is mutually agreed between all parties hereto that if the Surety shall so elect, this bond may be cancelled by giving thirty
'ays notice in writing to Obligee, and this bond shall be deemed cancelled at the expiration of said thirty days from date of
3ceipt of such notice, and said Surety remaining liable for all or any fees or penalties covered under this bond, which may have
ccrued up to the date of such cancellation, under the terms, conditions, and provisions of this bond.
