1. The AV oxidizer shg; a installed and continuously operated according to the
manufact�l;or's specificaC€ s during the frying process.

2. The thermal"VAr izer shall°operate at or above a set point of 1425 F. If one confirmed
odor complaint lsi' lstatfished against the facility according to NWCAA regulations while
the thermal oxidizes 1s operating at a set point of 1425 F, the thermal oxidizer set point
shall be increased,tb 1500 F.
3. A continuous strip chart record of the thermal oxidizer temperatures shall be kept on-
site for a period of not less than three years and made available for inspection upon
request by the NWCAA.
4. The thermal oxidizer shall be fired using only natural gas. j
5. Visual emissions from the thermal oxidizer shall not exceed 10% opacity for more than
three minutes in any sixty minute period as determined by Department of Ecology
Method 9A.
