Dear Jim:
Based on the information I received from you and Mr.Prosser,the setbacks at this property could
be 5 feet along the east line,as now exists,and 10 feet from the southerly property line. Any
additions to the structure would require that the property corners be identified so that the setbacks
could be verified. The maximum lot coverage for a lot in the R2 zone is 35%of portion of the
lot that lies uplands of the ordinary high water mark. The lot area can be verified with a survey of
the property corners including the location of the ordinary high water mark.
