Don,following our telephone conversation on Tuesday the 23 d regarding the referenced
remodel find listed below the type of work that will be completed.
GENERAL : A Create proper drainage for surface nmoff. catch basins,4" ADS &pea
gravel .
B. Insulate residence.
C. Clean crawl space&place 2" skim coat,vent.
D. Level floor&secure post to beams&beam connections.
E. Re-roof and repair damaged areas-
F. Install forced air heat and natural gas.
G. Vent baths&utility room.
R Clean attic, Fur out& sheetrock.
1. Replace windows with dual glazed units.
J. Install new wiring and panel.

LIVING ROOM :New windows, refinish floors,lighting,rework stairs.

DEN: Replace windows, slider door,install wet bar,lighting, and wood floor.
UTILITY ROOM: Raise floor,frame wall,redo bathroom,fire door to garage,install
cabinets.
FURNACE ROOM: Install new furnace,water heater, vent,gas pipe, sheet rock.
GARAGE: Sheet rock,install electrical panel.
SPARE BEDROOM: Double door closet, sheet rock.
SPARE BATHROOM: Tile floor, replace toilet and fixtures. j
UPSTAIRS: New stairs widen to 3 feet clear,fur out walls shed rock,insulate.
DECK: Install new deck per plan, and hand rail with /4"tempered glass.
EXTERIOR: Replace siding as necessary,paint, extend entry porch.
These are the major items that will be addressed in the remodel.

Dear Jim:
Based on the information I received from you and Mr. Prosser,the setbacks at this property could
be 5 feet along the east line, as now exists, and 10 feet from the southerly property line. Any
additions to the structure would require that the property comers be identified so that the setbacks
could be verified. The maximum lot coverage for a lot in the R2 zone is 35%of portion of the
lot that lies uplands of the ordinary high water mark. The lot area can be verified with a survey of
the property corners including the location of the ordinary high water mark.
