Call to Order
Mayor Matt Miller called to order the Anacortes City Council special meeting of June 12, 2025, at
8:10am in the Reid Harbor Room of the Northwest Educational Service District 189 Building at 1601 R
Avenue in Anacortes. Councilmembers Ryan Walters, TJ Fantini, Anthony Young, Christine Cleland-
McGrath, Carolyn Moulton, Bruce McDougall and Amanda Hubik were present.
Discussion
Facilitator Marilynne Beard of MMB Consulting led a discussion between the council, mayor, and
department directors of the city budget and council policies and procedures. No final action was taken.
Adjournment
There being no further business, at approximately 3:45pm the Anacortes City Council special meeting of
June 12, 2025, was adjourned.
