Call to Order
Mayor Pro Tempore Carolyn Moulton called to order the Anacortes City Council meeting of December 23,
2024 at 6:00 p.m. Councilmembers TJ Fantini,Ryan Walters, and Amanda Hubik were present.
Councilmembers Anthony Young, Christine Cleland-McGrath,and Bruce McDougall participated in the
meeting remotely via Zoom.
Pledge of Allegiance
The assembly joined in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Announcements and Committee Reports
Mayor Pro Tempore Moulton asked the Council if there were any announcements or committee reports that
were not listed on the agenda. Being none,the Council moved on to the next agenda item.
Public Comment
Mayor Pro Tempore Moulton invited the public to comment on any item not on the agenda.No one present
wished to address the Council on any topic not already on the agenda.
Consent Agenda
Ms. Hubik moved, seconded by Mr.Fantini,to approve the following Consent Agenda items. The motion
carried unanimously by voice vote.
a. Minutes of December 16,2024
b.Approval of claims in the amount of$731,009.39
The following vouchers/checks were approved for payment:
EFT numbers: 111252 through 111286,total$645,553.33
Check numbers: 111287 through 111299,total $55,433.58
Wire transfer numbers: 360184 through 360218 total $30,022.49

There being no further business,at approximately 6:02 pm the Anacortes City Council meeting of December
23, 2024,was adjourned.
