Detail 1/S-3.1 Typical Concrete Slab; #3 Bar at 18" On Center Each Way is our recommended
minimum reinforcement. This is a non-structural slab and the reinforcement spacing can be
modified at the discretion of the builder. However Alpine Engineering can not guarantee slab
performance if the reinforcement is modified.
Detail 3/S-3.1; Slab At Door Opening. The foundation at the door opening can be mono poured.
Detail 4/S-3.1; The CBSQ post base can be substituted with a ABU66Z. Post install the base using
a 5/8" all thread rod, 4" embed with Simpson Set3G Epoxy. Install epoxy per manufacturer
requirements.
