Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect five (5) days from and after its passage, <br /> approval and publication in the manner required by law. <br /> Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective for six months from the date of adoption, <br /> and the provisions provided in Exhibit A shall expire on May 19, 2019. <br /> Section 4.
