Trap primer required for floor drain. <br />a. RESPONSE: Please see revised floor drain note to include call out for trap primer <br />on sheet A3.1. <br />2. Please verify that braced wall panels conform with the requirements of R3O1.2.2.6 (3). <br />Revise as necessary. <br />a. RESPONSE: Please see revised sheet A2.3; added shear blocking between floor <br />joists. Please see revised first floor lateral plan lengthening the shear call out to <br />the edge of the opening. Please see sheet A4.1 for added header across opening. <br />This is revised per R3O1.2.2.6 (3) that allows for shear wall offsets in plane. <br />3. 5,798 fire area, 2,000 gpm, double hydrant flow test required. Fire flow report required <br />prior to issuing permit: <br />a. RESPONSE: Commercial Fire Protection will be on site to test the hydrants closest <br />to the site on December 1st. I will forward that report when received. <br />4. Completed storm water application required. <br />a. RESPONSE: Please see attached. <br />5. Only one vehicle access point is allowed per lot. <br />a. RESPONSE: Site plan has been updated to remove existing driveway curb and <br />replace with curb/gutter.
