<br /> <br />NOTICE OF DECISION <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />File Number: SPR-2022-0003 <br />Project Name: The Outlook Townhomes <br />Property Owner: Red House Oz, LLC <br />Applicant: Landed Gentry <br />Project Location: 1201 32nd St. (P31949) <br />Request: The applicant is requesting a Type-2 Site Plan Review for the construction of 10-townhome <br />units. The project proposes (2) buildings, each building would include (5) units. Each unit would include <br />an attached single car garage and is to be 3-stories in height, totaling approximately 37 ft.
