The project proposes the construction of a 7 ft. vinyl fence on their southern property line. The proposed fence <br /> is within residential shoreline jurisdiction and above the ordinary high-water mark (OHWM). Additionally, <br /> Permanent buildings and structures including common appurtenant structures such as garages and decks <br /> over 30 inches above grade shall be set back a minimum of sixty(60) feet from the OHWM. <br /> 1.1. The proposed fence is to be 60 ft. from the OHWM at the closest point. <br /> 2. The proposed fence meets the development standards described in SMP Table 5.2. <br /> CONCLUSIONS OF LAW <br /> 1. The proposed fence construction, as conditioned, are consistent with SMP 2.4(E)(7) &WAC 173-27- <br /> 040(2)(g). <br /> 2. As conditioned, the proposal is consistent with the policies of the Shoreline Management Act. <br /> 3.
