Below is a list of each comment received, and our
response.

Stormwater Drainage Report

Comment: Under Minimum Requirement 2, element 4, it is not recommended to use the permanent media filter
stormwater treatment device for erosion control

Response: Text has been added to the erosion control plan sheet C2.09 stating the stormwater treatment
device shall be inspected cleaned, and new media installed upon final site stabilization.

Appendix 5, Sheet 02

Comment: Minimum Requirement 2 mentions a silt fence along the south portion of the site yet none is shown on
Sheet 02.

Response: A silt fence along the south portion of the site has been added to the erosion control plan
sheet C2.09.

Comment: This sheet should have a north arrow and scale.

Response: A north arrow and scale have been added to Sheet C1.02 (Formerly Sheet 02).

Comment: Please ensure there is adequate hydraulic drop in the Modular Wetlands system (SDCB 4). It appears
there is no drop between the inlet and outlet.

Response: The modular wetland has been oversized in order to provide treatment with the low drop. This
design has been confirmed by the manufacturer to meet treatment requirements. See attached
correspondence with Forterra from March 10, 2022.
