Gere,this is request for a formal review of the proposed Boundary Line Adjustment (BLA) located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 35 North,Range 1 East, W.M., Skagit County, Washington. The proposed BLA will re-apportion the jointly owned 33 foot by 1125 foot parcel, identified as parcel P32137 by the Skagit County Assessor. The re-apportionment of P32137 will re- apportion the 33 foot parcel according to the parcel lines of Escher(P32130),Ford(P32131), Miller(P32126)and Gere(P32125). This would change the ownership of the 33 foot parcel of one-quarter each,to Escher and Ford owning 28.1%,Miller 26.3%, and Gere 17.5%. FairWeather Surveyor performed a field survey of the area in October,2006. Located property corners were tied on the west side of E Avenue and the east property line of the Plat of the Orchards. Accounting for E Avenue and the properties of Escher, Ford,Miller and Gere, a consistent 33 foot parcel was found remaining. The newly formed areas of the 33 foot parcel will be combined with the"Mother"parcels owned by Escher, Ford, Miller and Gene. No new parcels will be created by this BLA application. Changes and additions have been made, as staff requested. I am submitting one paper copy for staff, Steven Lange to check. When approved, I will submit signed mylars,eight copies of the same.
