It is listed as an NGPE Buffer. Below is the language for what pertains to Public Works.See the last paragraph. Below also, is the two detention ponds that the City is obligated to maintain. With regard to Tract K maintenance,there is some buildup in the swale at the outlet of the swale near Copper Pond that could be cleaned out.The remainder of the swale is in good working condition.This Tract has been inspect 3 different times by John,Tim and Gunnar. All state the pond is Average to Good condition. E. F. G, I and K, a beneficial interest in the land within the easement. This interest includes the preservation of a • native vegetation for all purposes that benefit the public health, safety and welfare, including control of the surface water and erosion, maintenance of slope stability. visual and rural buffering, and protection of plant and animal habitat.
