It is listed as an NGPE Buffer. Below is the language for what <br /> pertains to Public Works.See the last paragraph. <br /> Below also, is the two detention ponds that the City is obligated to maintain. <br /> With regard to Tract K maintenance,there is some buildup in the swale at the outlet of the swale near Copper Pond that <br /> could be cleaned out.The remainder of the swale is in good working condition.This Tract has been inspect 3 different <br /> times by John,Tim and Gunnar.
