The following is a list of items that are needed: <br /> Short Subdivisions and Short Plats Submittal Checklist: <br /> 1. A.1: Provide the Short Plat number and County Assessor parcel number <br /> 2. A.6: Provide dimension of all existing buildings on the land and provide <br /> descriptions of the adjacent uses. <br /> 3. A.8: Provide the location and dimensions of all roads, streets, easements <br /> proposed to serve the plat with a clear designation of their purpose and nature, <br /> including whether they will be dedicated City Streets or private roads, Right-of- <br /> Ways or easements. <br /> 4. A.9: The City provided addresses for the Short Plat. <br /> 5. B.1.C: Provide certification that none of the land included in the Short Plat has <br /> been included within a previous Short Plat approved or filed within the five years <br /> preceding the application. <br /> Public Works Required Supplemental Application Materials. <br /> 1. Item 3: Provide a narrative discussing how the short plat and future lots will <br /> comply with the requirements of a Large Parcel Storm Water Plan. Provide a <br /> schematic drainage layout. <br /> • The entire Short Plat will create more than 5,000 SF of new impervious <br /> pollutant generating surface area.
