Please note that the development review group provides information and recommendations, and that all projects must complete the review process prior to project final approval. Use Zone: R3 Required Lot Size: 6,000 square feet Required Lot Frontage: 30 feet 1. Lot area and lot frontage appear to be provided. 2. Roof and footing drains can be discharged to an appropriately size drywell. 3. Solid waste cans and recycle bins would be picked up on"H"Avenue. 4. Water meters would be on"H"Avenue splitting the property line at Lot A& B. 5. Please note that a tree preservation plan will be required.
