No one on the street had these issues until this development <br /> behind us was put in. It's also stated that the original plans called for an 8" drainage system, the plans were then <br /> changed. Afterwords, city officials recommended the contractor put in at least a 6" drain(which he agreed to <br /> and never did). This is still an on going problem after all these years and my property seems to take the biggest <br /> hit as I am down hill. I feel a solution should still be implemented as was intended and agreed to years ago. <br /> I believe Don Measamer, who was a part of the correspondence in the attached documents is still working for <br /> the city.
