The Public Works Department is the project <br /> proponent per agreement with Barton and Elizabeth Evans. The short plat has <br /> been prepared and filed on their behalf. <br /> Included in the short plat are proposed dedication of right of way for 28th Street <br /> and a proposed partial street vacation of "H"Avenue. The Board of Adjustment <br /> approved the street vacation at the March 18, 2004 meeting. Final vacation <br /> approval is pending council action. <br /> DRG understood that street frontage improvements would occur as a result of the <br /> Evans/City agreement. The DRG supported the proposed short plat, street <br /> dedication and partial street vacation.
