Box 547 <br /> Anacortes, Washington 98221 <br /> SUBJECT: PLAN REVIEW, HIGH SCHOOL ACCESSORY BUILDING, <br /> CIT OF ANACORTES, SKAGIT COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> G&O #18XXX.XX <br /> Dear Mr. Lange: <br /> We have received the plans for the High School Accessory Building on Saturday, <br /> February 3, 2018. The site currently is part of the Middle School site with a vegetable <br /> garden and a concrete curb. The drainage report is dated January 15, 2018. <br /> The proposed project consists of adding a 5,000 sf building, 858 sf of sidewalk and 280 sf <br /> of parking. Stormwater runoff from the existing lot is proposed to be routed directly to <br /> an existing catch basin located in the adjacent parking lot north of the building site. <br /> The submittal included: <br /> • Resubmittal Letter <br /> • Neighbor Notice <br /> • Site Plan <br /> • SWPPP <br /> • Drainage Analysis <br /> We offer the following comments to the developer regarding our review of the submitted <br /> information. <br /> SITE PLAN (EXHIBIT A) COMMENTS <br /> 1. The "Developed Site Plan" in Exhibit A is missing stormwater conveyance pipes. <br /> Please add the roof drain network as well as any piping intended to be connected <br /> to the existing catch basin in the parking lot. <br />
