Below are the <br /> recommendations by the Public Works Department. <br /> 1. The WSDOT Culvert that crosses Oakes Avenue shall be maintained. <br /> 2. Provide written consent from the adjacent property owners that will allow the <br /> filling to take place on their properties. <br /> 3. A slope stability and hydrogeological report must be submitted by a Geotechnical <br /> Engineer that addresses the drainage and slope concerns. The report must <br /> specifically address the effects of a catastrophic failure of the Cranberry Lake <br /> System. Based on this report, City Staff will evaluate the merits of the suggested <br /> street improvements related to drainage. <br /> 4. Issues related to emergency service access and other municipal services will be <br /> addressed during the Civil Plan Review process. <br /> 5. Obtain a "General Construction" Permit from WSDOT for any work that is <br /> adjacent to the State Highway. <br /> 6. Provide a Traffic Control Plan that is approved by WSDOT. <br /> 7. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, frontage and infrastructure <br /> improvements shall be installed as required by the Public Works Director. <br /> 8. A Large Parcel Storm Water Plan shall be reviewed and approved by the Public <br /> Works Director. <br /> 9. A Storm Water Quality Control Plan shall be reviewed and approved by the <br /> Public Works Director. <br /> 10. An Erosion Control Plan shall be reviewed and approved by the Public Works <br /> Director. <br />
